Steamed for 30 minutes with garlic, salt & pepper in chicken broth. Lemon-butter dipping sauce...mmmmm! Oh, and a crabcake on the side. This dinner has "sealed the fate" of the smaller side artichokes ;)
Yummy! I haven't had artichoke in a while and I love them! You've got me thinking... I need to buy some and cook them up! --Jackie (Ellie Mae's Cottage)
I was wondering what you had decided to do with your artichokes. We had a couple of them from Pezzini's the other night - steamed in wine and water with green garlic herbs and olive oil. YUM.

Oh YUM. We're enjoying our small second and third and fourth cuttings steamed, then halved and sauteed in chopped garlic and butter. Oh, so good.
