I am so missin...Holy cow.. this looks delicious!!! I am so missing not getting any tomatoes this year (late blight). The pasta didn't take long at all. Made the dough in advance and chilled it. I'd say .. maybe 20 min to roll and cut the entire batch. Only took 2 min to cook in boiling water once done.
